	Is the enrollment fee charged once per family, or for each birth? We charge the full service fee for each child. There is a possibility of discount for repeat clients. How do you charge for cord blood samples from multiple births? We charge the full service fee for each child. There is a possibility of discount for repeat clients or multiple births. If the cord blood collection is small or contaminated, are parents offered any refunds? If the sample is too small for storage, parents will not be charged the balance of the service fee, however the initial fee is non-refundable. Is the storage fee guaranteed fixed? Yes.
